WHY ?
Because plastic tubes and bottles of shower gel are not always recycled and end up in the landfill but also in the sea and in both cases will take more than 400 years to disappear damaging the environment.
MY SOLUTION
Whether it’s for taking shower or washing your hands (and even hand wash clothes), a soap is the most ecological solution, often the healthiest and also the most economical!
Most of the time, a soap has very few packaging, is packed in a cardboard box, paper or sometimes fabric. Less impact on the environment.
Personally, I have a big preference for the (real) “Marseille soap” (a french soap) that smells good, lasts a very long time and has a healthy composition without palm oil. I even take it when I travel to avoid any leaking shower gel accident in my suitcase, it’s a win-win!
And you, what do you use?
