At home it is my Asian boyfriend who takes care of rice cooking. We are not afraid of cliches or stereotypes. Before coming to China, the poor little French girl (me) has always cooked rice in a small bag. I didn’t really know how to measure up when it comes to cooking rice.
Well in France we are better at cooking paste than rice. Since meeting him I have improved but I have to say I do enjoy watching him take this task so seriously.
