Two months without any article …
But I have a new job and I went for holiday for 1 week…ok this is not a good excuse. I have been very busy and I didn’t have time to make any ” ptite Lu”, but I enjoy this new job, maybe I will have the chance to talk about it.
It is a chinese company! That means I have to follow the chinese holiday now. Let me tell you about that. It is quite fun.
The idea is that a billion , well ok I exagerate a bit , 600 million of people go on holiday at the same time. I let you imagine about the crowded train stations and airports. So if you don’t want to stay alone in Shanghai (since we have only 10 days holiday , it would be a shame not to enjoy it ), you don’t have the choice, but to get a very expensive flight ticket. The trick is to find a destination which is not too expensive and with not too many chinese people . It’s very fun .
The other cool thing about holiday in China is that you have to “make up” to your holiday. You go for one week holiday but the two next week end, you will work saturday or sunday. They call it “repair” holiday as well. Very nice.
So after a lot of hesitations, we finally picked Hong Kong. First because we really love it the first time we went there and then, we found out that the little Lamma Island is not so popular for tourist. Great! So we stayed 4 days in Central and 3 days in that cute and adorable little Island that we really love.
Now we would like to live there. Enjoy a swim in the morning and eat seafood at night. But you must have a lot of money to stay there… like everywhere in HK. So that will remain a dream.
